空調系統調試 HVAC system commissioning

空調系統調試即為空調系統的測試、調節及平衡，簡稱Testing、Adjusting  And Balancing （TAB）

HVAC system commissioning is the testing、adjusting and balance of the HVAC system, referred to as Testing、Adjusting  And Balancing（TAB）

1、系統檢查：設計檢查、現場檢查

System check：design check, site check

2、空調風系統調試（TAB）

Air system commissioning（TAB）

3、設備性能調整及測試

Equipment performance adjustment and testing

組合式空調機組、新風機組、排風機組、RCU、FAN等；涉及的參數有：總風量、壓力，轉速，電流。

AHU、MAU、exhaust fans、RCU、FAN and so on；The parameters involved include：total air volume、pressure、speed and current.

風管及機組及圍護結構的漏風量測試。

Air leakage test of air duct、unit and enclosure structure.

4、風量平衡： 

Air volume balance

FFU風速/層流罩風速

FFU air velocity/ laminar flow air velocity

送風風口風量（換氣次數）

Air volume and air change rate of the air supply diffusers

房間壓差

Pressure difference of room
